Mr Klemens Cheng

Mr KLEMENS CHENG, Managing Director and Deputy Head of Investment Banking of ABCI Capital

Mr. Klemens CHENG is the Managing Director and Deputy Head of Investment Banking of ABCI Capital. Mr. Cheng is a veteran in the corporate finance field, and he has accumulated over 20 years of experience in investment, investment banking, capital market and financial regulation. He has extensive transaction experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory and equity capital markets. Prior to joining ABCI Capital, Mr. Cheng worked in different Chinese and foreign investment banks including CCBI Capital, ICBCI Capital and Standard Chartered. Before venturing into his investment banking career, he worked in the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Cheng obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance with first class honours from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Since January 2023, Mr. Cheng was appointed as a member of the CPPCC Yunnan Committee.
