HK Bio-Med Innotech Association (HKBMIA) was founded by Prof Lo Yuk Lam (Former chairman, Advisory Council On Food And Environmental Hygiene, Food And Health Bureau, Government Secretariat HKSAR) and experts from the biotechnology industry and the investment industry in 2017
